The brief to Bournemouth’s SMB Interior Design from the client – a leading Dorset estate agent representing London developers – was to create a show home apartment in a new development (under construction) in Ferndown, Dorset.  The target market was identified as being first time buyers and buy to let investors looking to rent to young professionals and flat sharers. Shona kept the design clean and simple, using Retro Scandi style furniture popular with the fashion conscious younger market, complemented by funky ‘in vogue’ bright orange and lime accent colours in the wallpaper, soft furnishings and accessories. Virtual Interior Design

Being able to produce virtual mood boards for clients – interior design clients and home staging clients – is hugely beneficial. The clients get a chance to see exactly what we are proposing in terms of a scheme before we progress further. It takes significantly less time that preparing a mood board manually and although not as effective as seeing actual samples of fabrics/wallcoverings, this online interior design service is a lower cost method of helping a client visualise a scheme.
